well found this 2005p Dime in change and noticed a blob above the eye what kind of error is this?

Not really collectable. Not an error. You can find these "blobs" in various locations.
Die chip. A piece of the die fell out.

i'm a collector who isn't after how much a coin is worth or how rare it is i'm after the interesting angle of coin collecting
trust me many coins i find aren't high value or rare but they caught my eye and so to me that is all that is needed for them to end up in my collection

I understand that. I have many Dimes in my collection that would mean nothing to other collectors.
Collect what you like that interest you.
That is the 'bushy eyebrow' dime.... neat find... while not of any sales value, I believe, like you, that these are interesting, and always add them to my 'curio' collection. Cheers, RickO
