My box of 20 - Manifest Destiny

I have been dreaming and contemplating this idea for some time. I love the west and the mystique and the history. So I architected this set I call Manifest Destiny. It fits within the Box of 20 idea that resonated with me given the focus on quality over quantity. This set also includes all the coin designs I love and has some really nice variety. I wanted to share it with the group and get some feedback.

Box of 20 is a novel idea. It provides flexibility, and adjusts accordingly based on your budget.

I would like a box of 20, at about $20,000 collective value.

    I want colonial, world, us.

I want eye appealing series, collector favorites.

It will have average dates, key dates, controversial coins, patterns, tokens, and errors.

It will never be finished, and will likely expand to several boxes of 20.

WTB... errors, New Orleans gold, and circulated 20th key date coins!

Why such a fascination with 1906 coins and coins minted from Denver?

I assume because the OP thinks of Denver as more in line with "the west" or "the wild west" than the port city of San Francisco and the OP chose 1906 because it was the first year of operation for the Denver mint.

I know little about the series you collect, but the grades certainly look impressive to me.

I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

1913-d Buffalo Nickel Type 1 MS66. That's a beautiful coin and a great grade to collect. I'm sure it has a remarkable strike.

Correct, 1906 was the first year of operation for the Denver Mint.

I picked the 1875 to 1878 years for the CC coins because that was the mining boom known as the Big Bonanza.

I felt like Carson City and Denver were true western cities heavily influenced by the Manifest Destiny doctrine of westward expansion.
