Detectives with the Jackson, MS police department believe that the white male and white female suspects pictured below may be responsible for the triple homicide of the 81-year-old owner of Bill's Pawn and Jewelry/Coin Exchange, and two employees, one 77 and one 60, who were each shot and killed in a robbery. Police were called to the scene at 8:50 p.m. when the victims failed to return home. It is reported that five high-end watches, jewelry and coins were taken from the store. Surveillance equipment was also taken and other equipment damaged. The sample photo below of a 2013 red Dodge Charger SRT is similar to the one believed to be a vehicle involved in the case. Police also believe that the male and female suspects, who are in their 20s, may also have committed a burglary at a jewelry store in Pascagoula, MS on December 13th. Police warn that the suspects may possibly be trying to sell jewelry items at stores in the Southern U.S

Jails and chain gangs in MS are pretty rough, I'm sure those crooks will rue the day of their evil deeds. Do they have a death penalty there?

Cases like this make me wish the wheels of justice turned faster. A speedy and fair trial could be concluded by Christmas with the sentence carried out before 2017 begins.

The Constitution assures a speedy trial but courts now days are happy to let these drag on for years and then the execution drag on for decades. It's job security. If they let them go the cops will get to hunt them down again and more innocent people will be killed. It's all good for our economy.

"Garcia has been to prison six times in 18 years for offenses in Harrison County. According to prison records, he was convicted of robbery in 1999 and sentenced to five years probation. In 2000, he received three concurrent five year sentences for burglary, armed robbery, and receiving stolen property. In 2006, Garcia was sentenced to four years for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and in 2009 he was convicted of grand larceny and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He was released on parole in 2014 and was finished with his parole as of January of 2015.

Garcia is also wanted in Missouri for unlawful use of a weapon and second degree burglary, according to the Greene County Sheriff's Department website."

Thankfully they're driving a highly conspicuous vehicle. Hopefully it will soon be upside down and burning with the doors crushed shut after a police chase.

My sincerest condolences to all who knew them. Tragic and hurtful act by two POS's.

Another pointless, horrible crime 3 lives taken, 3 families in mourning.

A thing to teach your children might be when you become a piece of useless excrement you have no chance whatsoever with your limited brainpower to get away with any crime requiring cleverness, and the end result will be life in prison if you're lucky, or death row. But I doubt that would dissuade the ones pondering such acts because they are incapable of critical thought.

It's a true shame. I agree with Ricko. These people are the lowest of the low pieces of scum. Make them pay for what they have done.

Instead they will get heat, air conditioning, bed , 3 meals a day, Internet, Healthcare, and everything they need for the rest of theRe lives while the families of these three people have to suffer

I agree with Ricko but we shouldn't get carried away and at like these people will spend the rest of their lives in Clubmed.

    I agree with ricko.
If our justice system would go back in time and have punishments that fit the crimes, our country wouldn't have the highest number of inmates, all supported with tax dollars.
An example could be had from a public hangings and maybe the masses would realize,

It sounds very similar to a local murder up in Wyoming last year. I wonder if it could be connected ?

Very sad.... three good lives ended violently while two breathing pieces of human excrement continue to live and will be provided with food, healthcare and comfort - paid by we taxpayers - for the rest of their miserable lives. I fervently believe that trials should truly be expeditious, and, where warranted - such as this case - bring back public hangings with mandated television coverage - all channels - so that the results of such behavior are made clear to everyone. That would be worthwhile reality TV. Cheers, RickO

ricko is spot on - as usual.
Such in incredible tragedy. I can't imagine what the victims family and friends are going through. What a holiday season for them.
The lowest of low scum. Revolving door justice. Had this scum been kept in jail after these multiple offenses this would not have happened.
Hopefully they will be provided with a taxpayer funded execution in addition to all of the other taxpayer funded food, clothing, exercise room, tv, etc. - and not in 20 years.
As I've mentioned before on this forum, when my folks were held up at gunpoint in their store in Balto City - scum had gun, hammer cocked jammed into the back of my mother's head - my father shot and killed him. Saved the taxpayers a lot of $ and saved those who would be the scum's future victims a lot of agony.
May these poor folks rest in peace. Hopefully their family and friends will have a lot of support in this incredibly difficult holiday season.

@Raufus.... Very happy your family made it through that episode .... and glad the perp did not....I trust there were no post event charges against your Father...that is the worst part in today's justice system - the potential for charges against the individual who administered the 'justice'....Cheers, RickO

There is some resemblance between the photo of Garcia (the Jackson Pawn Shop perpetrator) and the composite sketch from the Cheyenne robbery and murder.
