  interesting. this looks quite similar to the roosevelt that coneca deemed as not official doubling and that was on the cover of some publication i am not recalling just now. i mention it in case anyone wants to submit this kind of doubling to coneca instead of wiles. there is/was at least 1 good thread about this in the archives from, idk, 2-3 years ago or less probably.

  They said it was a die clash and not hot lips ( Doubled Die ) .

  It's reflection, lights coming in from the north east which is causing that effect .
