Any post I make needs to be approved? Is this some new forum thing?

Anybody else getting this? No matter what I post, in whatever forum, I get a little popup that says "Your comment will appear after it is approved."
I've been a member for over a decade...is this a new thing?

Strange - happening to me today for the 1st time.....
I tried posting a pic of a coin I bought from TT, but was rejected since it had a "c" on the bottom of the pic

now it got posted...must be a temp glitch...??
It appears there are some kinks in the rollout of the boards. Thus far, the moderators at PCGS have been very receptive when I have sent private messages regarding these observations and I imagine they would be happy to hear from you, too. Good luck.

Wow what a sweet quarter. A date/MM that has eluded me in nice condition thus far

I've not had this issue; hopefully they're just working out the kinks in the software.
I can post.

I tried but it didn't work. I got no pop-up, I clicked "post comment" and what I typed just disappeared.
Edit to add; for this post there was no pop-up about approval.
No problems on this end.

Here good also
It just happened to me after spending 20+ minutes typing a small story on the MD Forum.
I hope all my work didn't just go plooey.
Why, oh why, must all the various CU incarnations be plagued with bugs? Why?
Sorry, I'll shutupmyface and stop moaning now. It just makes me sad, and has made me more of a CoinTalk user in recent months. I will say that this latest incarnation does show some improvements, but there are a lot of formatting issues I do not like at all.
But so be it. I know our hosts try, and I still love the community here.
And these things take time. And patience, which is not always my strongest suit...
Relax LordM.... it will all work out....I saw your post on the MD forum...Just three words ... so there is some type of glitch.....Cheers, RickO
1... 2... 3... testing test test. everything seems fine so far for me

Might as well say Hi...and see if I get the dreaded message
if something in the software deems a post as "needing approval" it will:
1. never appear if a first attempt at a reply
2. make a reply disappear if the action is an edit of the reply.
I've had whole topics disappear on the test forum....
and rest assured... that approval never comes.... so it just goes away and stays away.
try posting the fly-in clubs web site address
or
the coneca online web site address
look in the lower left of the page after your attempt to post and you will see the message Re: approval
apparently they are deemed undesirables now?
a bit later I will gather up all the known URLs that their system is blocking and send them a PM. I finally got PM from MarkStephenson on the issue after numerous posts to the "new coin forum" thread. I'd hate to think it took the fly-in club's and coneca's sites getting nailed for them to take action. I just have to send him the list of blocked sites when I have a bit more time later. (food is nigh)
It should be saving a draft of your work. May lose a little, but may not either.
I back-arrowed when previewing a post I was doing, yesterday, and thought I lost it all. Looked at the draft and it was all there except for the last thing I had added. Quickly redid that and posted it.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I have not had these problems... I have posted an internet link and that worked.... so not sure just what is going on... likely there are controls set to prevent undesirable links... I am sure the admin will take care of any that are applicable to the hobby. Cheers, RickO
anyone and everyone: try looking up the ones mentioned and posting either of those links to this thread.
if it fails, post that.
Everyone now has my approval.
