Based upon these Ebay photos, which set would you bid on?

I had a few coins purchased off of Ebay graded over the last few months. Suspecting I had done pretty well I had saved the pictures from the Ebay auctions. These 2 coins came from 2 separate auctions for 1954 proof sets, I've cropped the photos to hopefully let the seller off the hook.
Presuming these were the only coins of interest in the sets. Which set would you bid on?

Here is the one coin of interest from the second set.

I'd select the Franklin set but I think both coins could use an acetone bath prior to submission. The Franklin might cameo. The Franklin has some staining and is cloudy and mottled. The nickel is just cloudy.
I don't like the quality of the photos, my bids would be low.
Both look too hazy in the images. I'm no expert on proof haze removal with acetone/acid rinses and wouldn't try it unless it was bought as bullion.
I don't like hazy Proofs, so I would be out on both.
Well...as you probably assumed, I DID take a shot at both of these sets, and gave each of these two a dip to remove the haze. What was returned from PCGS last week.
Both PR70DCAMs?
I'm guessing Proof 67 Cam on the nickel and Proof 66 Cam on Ben.
It's called rolling the dice. Cameos were pretty apparent from the bad pics, but there could have been some nasty surfaces hiding behind those bad pictures. Looks like the gamble paid off this time, as the TrueViews look pretty nice.

The nickel will get another trip back to sunny California as they gave it a 67 CAM, I won't be satisfied until it is in a DCAM holder. I'm very confident it belongs there.
The Franklin doesn't need another ride...it came home in a 67 DCAM holder the first time out west.
I didn't pay over $80 for either set.
That's how you do it! Nice job

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
sweet score

Nice job! Coins look night and day.
All others things equal, my money would shoot for the Franklin. Probably easier to move.
Ya I said both I'm a gambler as well but it would have needed to be a good price for me to bite. You did well how did the other coins look?
Hoard the keys.
They are tough on DCAM right now but that nickel sure looks it! Nice!
Congrats!
I didn't get a chance to comment but based on those pics I could see some appeal on the Jefferson but wouldn't have given the Franklin a second look.

As they say with the lotto, "You can't win if you don't play!" Which means I'll never win the lotto, but I'll settle for things like this. The other coins weren't anything special, with the exception that I did submit this Washington, thinking the toning would pop more in the photo, but it didn't really come out to be as bold as I hoped.

You havery a great eye Don. Gorgeous coins.
I agree with Sanction, Nice eye to pick those out.
There is a fine art to interpreting bad eBay pics, and you seem to have mastered it.
Had I seen these auctions, I may have rolled the dice if the price was right, as the Frankie looked lock CAM++, and the Jefferson looked even better. But, you could end up with an CAM/DCAM piece of junk too, and that's where the gamble lies.
You got hammered on the Jeff. That's a DCAM.
For sure I would resubmit that coin.
