A coin collector is ALWAYS on the hunt! Whether, it's a Cherrypick, in rolls at the bank, on the ground, in vending machines (ala' Coinstar), checking in the "give/take" trays, our wives/husbands money jars or just hunting at a coin show or coin shop for a certain coin or coins. We are continually hunting for some sort of treasure. Am I right? Good Hunting guy's.

Man, I'm jealous - haven't been out for years. Last 2 trips to Alaska were disasters, massive fires in 2006, pinned down by a wind storm in 2008.

I don't kill any more. I have some of the best goose spots in the valley but I don't eat them so I stopped. But did good coin hunting. Some silver bars at spot and looked at some Indian cents for some RPD's.
I tossed them in the box.

WoW! Good for you! Aren't metals awesome? To me, they are a better risk than the markets. I bet you'll unload if Silver would hit $40, as it did not too long ago? Doing that math would be fun.

Is that 20-30LBS. of bullion Silver( rounds, bars, etc...) or a mix of Silver coins and bullion? Mine is pure bullion.

I just sold a bag of .925 I thought was 5LBS to 10LBS it was 18.4LBS and the box is way more then that. I started with 90% filled that poured it in to a bag then started the rounds and bars now. This was how it was back then.
