Looks like it could make cameo.

The reverse is too weak and the milk spots will reduce it's grade. I wouldn't send it in.

    Reverse might not make it.

Looks pretty darn close. The obverse is definitely CAM. Dunno if the reverse would make it or not, but I'd say it has a decent shot.

It doesn't seem like the obverse will carry the reverse.
    Still a nice coin though.

No, the obverse is, but the reverse isn't. Here's my example:

I believe it would get the Star* designation if submitted to NGC. The obverse definitely looks Cameo from the images but the reverse doesn't have enough frost on the eagle to get the Cam designation IMO.

But this assumption is from viewing the images and proof coins are really tough to image, so it could possibly be a Cameo Kennedy, either way its a beauty for a dansco album!

I think it would cam because the mirrors look pretty deep. So the lighter frost on the reverse gets a pass because of the mirrors. To me the obverse is a no-brainer cameo.

PCGS loves deep mirrors and frost. NGC seems loves frost but sometimes gives a pass on shallow mirrors. (At least that is the way NGC graded years ago).
