How far would you go...
Once a month, I drive thirty minutes to wait in line for a ferry. I pay the toll, take a half hour boat ride, drive for another forty minutes in evening traffic in order to make it to a "local" coin club meeting. We talk coins, have raffle drawings, host auctions, and brings some collectibles for display. A general good time. Then its back home, just before midnight.
So the question is, where does coin collecting take you? What voyage have you taken to spend time with other collectors? Shows, clubs, shops...

It wasn't a huge mountain, but it was a pretty good ride.
