Krugerrand premium vs AGE?

Hello,

Card collector from the PSA side. Part time stacker. I haven't paid much attention lately but noticed that Krugerrand's (i.e. 1/4 oz) are selling at a higher premium than the counterparts, AGE, Maple etc.

I could have sworn this was not the case 5-10 years ago?

Can someone school me?

Does this also mean local BM's are paying better for the Krugerrand's?

Thanks all.

I should clarify that I compared prices based on the APMEX inventory.
Assuming the premiums are similar between the common retail outlets.

I think it might just depend on each dealer's inventory position and availability.

Agree...Don't forget, those are "retail" prices....You might want to investigate SOLD prices on eBay for both to give you a more all-around feel.

Can't imagine a premium for the krugerrand As DEMAND for Eagles Is much heavier. And it's all just gold.
