Kind of like how a lot of people think the postal service is a governmental agency. (sigh)
Not exactly a government agency. Just a company who's retirement accounts are legally pilfered by governmental bureaucracy. (anyhow that's how I see it. Same with Social Security).
Pork barrel spending never changes. But we are steering off course, in banking and finance , on that subject.
