First time I've seen this feedback rating before...

At least for a seller. If you're going to scam, why not just create a new account?

Not just a minus-1 feedback rating, but the neg is for nondelivery. Of an expensive rare gold coin.

Even those people who bid hundreds or even thousands of dollars on Chinese 1804 dollar replicas or "1870-CC" silver eagles are going, "dude, how stupid do you think we are?"

I guess bidders don't have a monopoly on stupidity. Perhaps we should be glad that some of the scammers are intellectually challenged, too.

Maybe the seller didn't scam anyone but got scammed by the buyer?

You sure won't see a score like this for a buyer though.. they can't get a negative!

Why didn't they just take the joker down? A coin with a few hundred dollar premium over a regular 61; who does he think he is kidding?

In the infancy of eBay these rating were common...thus began the era of multiple IDs!
