The polishing on the obv is interesting. The rev does not appear to match the proof-only rev. I wonder if this is the work of our good friend Linderman?

Except mine is 1877 and already graded as a proof. It came today.

Congratulations, although you must keep in mind that PCGS gave you an opinion in return for a grading fee. All third party companies have gotten a few wrong over the years. Trade dollars from Philadelphia can, in some cases, be very tough to distinguish proof vs. circulation strike. Proof dies were often re-used for normal coins meant for circulation.
