I haven't clicked on it, but the small preview piece I can see, "As a member of the Collectors Universe email"

I just went to my registry and got into there from there rather than direct.
If you don't want to receive emails from them, you have to click on the link to opt out.
If you do want emails, you don't have to do anything.

Uncheck the options...that's your unsubscribe...
