Is this and RPM, DDO, or PMD? 1942-D Jeff

I was going through some of my old nickel stock and came across this 1942 Jefferson which looks similar to the 1942-P Doubled-Die Obverse listed in the Cherrypicker's Guide but this is a 1942-D which is not featured in my copy (5th Ed. Vol 1). PMD?

To my eyes, the back side of the 2 has been impacted and caused what you see. PMD

Interesting coin. The chances of a hit with a sharp object at exactly the right spot to mimic a doubled die are pretty slim. I suspect someone was playing around, but they made a mistake in that the tool they used was straight, not shaped to follow the outer curve of the 2.
