Don't know.....don't have the coin in hand. Have to go by the pic. Looks like there could be on at the top of the "N", but that could be a tiny hit?

I'd say it's mechanical/ejection doubling.
imo, the stuff at the lower/upper lip areas is light refraction/overexposure.
possibly the motto too. could be some m.d. as well.
either way, no true ddo that coneca would list.

I think there is definite doubling on the lips and "TRUST", but it is probably machine like Fred and the others have said. It looks neat though.
