Is this a RPM on this 1953 Roosie?

Sellers photo . . . Sorry for the blur.

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

    Thanks for the replies.

The seller is not selling it as a RPM. This was a photo that I cropped & enlarged.

I've tried to enhance it some but not much better:

I had checked Variety Vista to see if I could match it up, but they don't have Roosevelt RPMs listed.

    Thanks again!
