New target toned Morgan

I run across these every now and then, and this one caught my eye. I personally think it's a 64 with a color bump, but it doesn't matter.

Could be right about that 64 grade. I agree that with the look of the coin the point grade is not all that important.

It looks like two sided EOR toning. Yes I know that would be impossible.

I agree about MS64 with a color-kicker. I believe that the cheek is supposed to by smooth(er) than this one for a 65...but the colors are magnificent!
The color makes this coin.
