First coins in my collection from CRO

ElmerFusterpuckElmerFusterpuck Posts: 4,793 ✭✭✭✭✭
I've always liked looking at CRO's inventory and considered them one of the great dealers, but never got a coin from them until now. I've been on their early bird list for awhile and managed to jump on early enough this time to add a couple of coins to my collection. John is top notch in my book and hopefully I can find more stuff from him/CRO in the future!

I don't collect too much Canadian, but I'll jump on nice pieces if they become available. This one is graded PCGS MS-64-RB (Red-Blue), really like the blue eclipse here:

I already had a nice PCGS VF-35 1846-O seated half in my collection, but had to make room for this one. It has lots of pop when tilted in the light, you don't have to have it aimed just so:

I'm glad they found a good home, but very disappointed I now won't be able to run my "Coins like this come along once in a Blue Moon" ad.

Wow, both pieces are choice. Very nice, especially the Cent!

I've always admired George V coinage but never pulled the trigger.

John has amazing taste for quality pieces.

Some of my Box of 20 came from him.

Does it come in Michigan State green and white?
