  Possibly ANACS would be the only one to slab a generic silver round.

  Because this isn't a U.S. Mint product, there likely won't be as much demand from error collectors. Even rare, severe errors that occur on these silver rounds don't seem to command very high prices.
  
  Also, because it isn't a U.S. Mint product and isn't likely in any reference guide, I don't believe that either PCGS or NGC will grade/slab it.
