It is of course no coincidence that this eBay seller has a feedback rating of 4, and is selling both a counterfeit quarter on nail as well as a counterfeit 1889-CC Morgan dollar.
However, the buyer can feel confident buying it since the seller states "i have good reputation on ebay. and i hope all of you here will take care of each others instead of simply commenting and feedback on negative."
