Was pretty happy this time overall, out of 10 coins the grades matched my estimate on 8, one head scratcher of a peace dollar got a 63 and one walker with damage I didn't see. All were bought raw.
These first two were out of a "mint set" (just a set in a plastic holder) that was labeled as AU, the Merc graded 66+ and the walker got a 65.

MS65

MS65 (36-D)

I sent 2 1940 walkers in and both got MS66.
There was also this nice lil 1924 SLQ that got a 64.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

Very nice coins. I especially like the Merc and the first Walker.
Ditto.
The color on the merc is very nice! I'm guessing the walker that graded damaged perhaps had a wheel mark? Congrats on your submission.
No clue, it is a code 98 for "damage", though a wheel or counter mark which can be tough to spot was the first thing that came to mind. If not maybe some rim damage as I tend to overlook those a bit.

Who ever graded those as “AU” - I would go back and buy whatever they have left...

The washington I sold raw and it graded 66. It had bands of color like the coins above at the top and bottom of the coin.
Graded AU ?
Everything is all right!
