That's a stunner, Andy! How often is the obverse date different from reverse date? Is that what I'm seeing? Looks like 1749 on the obverse and 1750 on the reverse.
You're seeing it right. I'm not an expert on cobs, but I've never seen one like this before. Couldn't resist.
