One of the strangest coin transactions I've ever had!

There's a PCGS luncheon slab I need and have been seeking for well over a year.
About a year ago, 1 sold on ebay for $125.
I contacted the seller and he said he had another. He agreed to list it for $125 as a BIN for me.
Before I could buy it, another forum member snagged it.
In a round about way, I found out who it was. After pestering him for some time, he agreed to give it to me for a swap.
I wanted him to be happy with the swap since he had helped me in the past (to include recently letting me know about the 1933 $20 samples), so sent him a tough one from 5 years ago and another luncheon slab.
So, at FUN, a different buddy says he needs a Jan. 2015 Luncheon slab and has an older one he will swap for it (couldn't recall the specific one).
After FUN, he emails me and tells me it's the one I just swapped for!
In the meantime, my forum buddy mails me the wrong Luncheon slab.
So, I text my forum buddy and ask him if he wants to unwind the trade or go with it.
He really likes the slabs I sent, so we decide to go ahead with the swap.
Then, it dawned on me - I now have one, don't need 2 of them and now HE needs one.
So, before he ships it, I sell it back to him for $100.

I've heard some interesting stories before and I have to say this is right up there on the list.
Congrats, I think.
Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I get requests to list something for somebody as a buy it now.
Here is the listing
Title: "Private Listing for Person in Australia"
Description: This is a private listing for a person in Australia"
It allows for the transaction to occur without someone else jumping in on it.
Why not just circumvent ebay and avoid the fees? Other than being immoral (the item was found on ebay, so they should get their cut), the savings on shipping, etc. can easily outweigh the fees. Plus it allows for a little bit of confidence (feedback) that they will get what is promised, not just a chunk of scrap metal.

The seller wouldn't sell it outside ebay, hence the BIN.
Occasionally I've asked sellers to title it in a way that no one interested would find it, i.e.: "Purple Pickle".
The downside is, some sellers get thinking it might be worth more if I'm worried about someone else buying it first. In this case, $125 was all the money.
