Also, the SBSS Release the Kracken piece is jump the shark strange.

Three / four years ago, there was a 20% flip in SBSS stuff, sometimes even more, like free copper pieces that flipped for $45, so I did it, buy six silver, sell five, keep the free one, sell the copper.



Pretty weird now, MHO

    I'd buy the bust if it was close to spot. With a 1,000 mintage I'm not sure there will be enough demand for it to a be winner at $500.

    Agree...but isn't that true with most "bullion" rounds or bars?

    You're largely correct. The notable exception will be the older poured bars.

    SBSS products IMO will find their way to the melt bucket sooner than most.

    They had a great rollout with Freedom Girl rounds (a nice design) and then the 2 principals had a financial dispute that caused a lot of very extended delivery times. There was a lot of public fingerpointing and speculation that shipments would never be made, but eventually all of their orders were fulfilled. They had some of my money for way too long while all this was going on.



    About half of their designs revolve around individual freedom, resistance vs. the banking system & illuminati and other such themes, and they've had some other nice work. But they also decided that there was some point to be made in depicting Liberty death themes. They've got a funny way of making money off the death of Liberty. No thanks.

    Promo email reads like a "Hurry, call before midnight tonight!" 2am tv advert. I like this detail, "This coin may not ever be offered for sale to the public!"

    I don't understand why anyone would melt marked .999 silver, in my experience its never difficult to get at least spot for it.
