Watch out as the ebucks beyond being issued late aren't applying and bouncing out as you finalize your paypal payment. Lots of ebay issues today as you can't print shipping labels. Everything is timing out for hours now.

Just received an updated eBucks certificate which will likely solve the issue.
Me too.
The original one had no amount and no expiration date.
The new one has the same cert # but with $500 that expires February 2, 2016

I bought 2 expensive coins for my collection that I normally don't do, and I bought some of these when I got some 5x eBay bucks offers.
Apmex has these listed in the coins category so I get $100 off each so I can buy gold below spot.
Of course gold has gone down since, but at least I'm not as buried with the $100 off.
They are 1.2057 oz. of gold so with $100 back it's not a bad deal.
