Is the calendar sent to all collector's club members? I don't recall getting one last year, but it was my first year as a member.

I believe that a finite number of calendars are published each year, which is determined well before the start of the calendar year. Good while supplies last. If you joined the CC later in the calendar year, that is probably why you missed out. There may be an outside chance PCGS had them and forgot to give you one, so it would be wise to call Customer Service and ask if they have any remainders from the year (2014 ?) you joined.
