What are you Thankful about with your collection?

True, they are just circular pieces of metal, but to us they have a pull that brings us in.

So what are you thankful about with your collection?

I'm thankful that I get enjoyment from looking at my collection as well as searching for new additions.

Also, I'm thankful that I decided to start a new collection after I sold my old one. The hobby is still a lot of fun.

I was once told by an older gentleman that…

    I am thankful for this.

As to the OP's question pertaining to how I view my collection, I'm thankful that it is small and not too significant in terms of a financial commitment. Of course, a perception of financial commitment is relative to one's own net worth. I believe if I had too many $ tied up in it, I would perceive it as a burden.

Lastly, I feel content with what I own so that I don't feel I've made mistakes in terms of quality or price paid. That hasn't always been the case.
