For those of you who don't hate the ANA

Or for $125 you get a "free" unsigned limited edition Redbook
Donateions link

2016 marks the 125th anniversary of the ANA.

It’s a perfect occasion to foster interest in our hobby, add more collectors to our ranks, and provide the learning opportunities that our members need and want.

We need your support to make these goals a reality.

With a gift to the ANA of $125, you’ll receive a limited-edition copy of The Official Red Book — A GuideBook of United States Coins.
For a donation of $175, you’ll get an autographed version by the illustrious Ken Bressett.

But don’t delay. Only 500 copies of this limited-edition are available.
(While supplies last. Limit 5 books per person/household.)

What does the AMA do with their money? Do they lobby for the hobby?

Like trying to get taxes removed from sales?

Like trying to get the SS to enforce the HPA?

Tell me how they help the dealer/hobbyist?

    thanks,

The Industry Council for Tangible Assets (ICTA)

    does the lobbying.

The ANA, as a non-profit, cannot lobby, although

they support ICTA and many others.

If you have to ask how they help the hobbyist,

I'd suggest you don't donate or buy the book.

(yes, I know many here don't support the ANA -

    that's not the point here)

That's a good buy while supplies last. I doubt there will be any pre-sales on ebay, but one never knows. image

Life member of the ANA here. Long time user of the Red Book, too. ICTA member dealer (okay my renewal time is here and I'm pondering). Don't hate me image
