While I don't head-over-heels love this coin, I do like it.
In balance, I personally would rate its eye appeal a little better than neutral and in the slightly positive range overall.
Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.
I like the coin, but I don't collect the series. I see lots of die clashes which add interest.
At the ANA Summer Seminars I heard an expression which could be applied to this coin:
"Eye Appeal adds a little and forgives a lot."

Not really. Some R4+ non-Redbook Oveton varieties sell for slight premiums but usually only because they exhibit dramatic die cracks, clashes, lapping, etc. Two I can think of off hand are 1808 O.110a and 1818 O.115a.
