My buying account gets a message from ebay, "sell an item" and get a $10 coupon.

Why not. So I list and sell a pack of batteries laying around the house for a couple of bucks and get the coupon. Just used it to buy an ASE for net $12.50.

Are they really this stupid, or are they destroying the dollar on purpose?
