  It is well struck as the date is not flattened out like so many are along with decent hair. It does show the bit of flatness at the front of the hair but the coin is very nice and clean overall. Even the rims are decent.

  I think it looks great. Well struck and free from any marks worth mentioning.
  I can't tell how lustrous it is from the pics but it looks nice.

  I can't tell from your pictures if she is MS66 or AU 58, and not many choices in between. Very nice coin.

  Thanks to everyone who took the time to post your thoughts and observations about my new 1921 Peace Dollar.
  
  There seems to be a consensus that it's got a hammered strike, minimal contact marks and high eye appeal, which were my main purchasing criteria for this coin.
  
  I'll post an update after receiving the coin and examining it in hand.

  I like that fact that this has good hair detail AND decent breast feathers on the eagle. Too many 1921's only have one or the other, or none at all. That's a very nice coin!
