Which would bring a higher bid - unique attributed variety or a Top Pop variety (Barber Quarter)?

I have a couple (dozen) PCGS attributed varieties in my collection, and like most collectors, I simply cannot pass on an upgrade. One of my rules is that I can only have one of each major type for my collection, when an upgrade comes along, one must go. Presently I have an attributed variety (Barber Quarter) that is alone in PCGS CoinFacts, meaning that there are no others listed on the page (1 with none finer or lessor). I picked up a (soon to be) Top Pop variety (not yet attributed) in the same series, and I looking for some opinions on which one to keep. Side by side, they have their own attributes, uniqueness versus Top in condition being the obvious. Images will be coming, once I have the (top pop) coin in hand. I also wonder which one would bring the better price at auction.
1892-O 25C Clashed Dies FS-901 PCGS AU-55

I realize that there are lots of variables (timing, audience, auction house, etc...) and that some don't care for varieties, nor would pay extra for them, just looking for some feedback on which one to keep and which one to turn loose.
Thank you for your interest and comments.

You more so need to worry that the images taken by the auction house will actually show the clash.

You just have to take your chances and hope there is a market for them at the time you are selling.

Here is the sellers image from about two years ago...a lot more detail is apparent than the TrueView in the OP...more stars and arrows in front of the forehead;

Back in the 1990s I had rare variety of the 1805, small 5 stems half cent in what was probably a ground salvage coin (20 or fewer known at the time). To the average collector it would have looked like something that came out of a 10 or 15 dollar junk box. I was "bitten by bug" at the time and paid over a grand for it. To my surprise I sold it for a $100 profit when I got out of half cent die variety collecting. Today it would be worth two or three times what I paid for it.
As for finest known examples, get ready to think of the price for a luxury car or house. I'm not kidding. Some these guys wait for years to get the chance to buy these coins, and when the chance comes, they bid like there is no tomorrow.
