<< <i>hey you managed to get those two...I really wanted that 1863 when it was first listed! >>
I missed them, but talked the original BST buyer into selling me these two.
Nice acquisitions!
NOTE: The 1862 (32548219) in between these two was considered damaged.

<< <i>Nothing wrong with either one of those, nice coins! Now you need to find a '62, '64 and a '65 that look just like these. Look forward to seeing your post on those in 2017!
Already have the 1862.
Hope I can get the 1864 and 1865 before 2017!!!
<< <i>Great idea.... have thought about doing a Civil War series.... might just get busy on that...Put them in a case with the confederate flag background....would look real nice. Cheers, RickO >>
RickO,
Where are you from? I, myself, am a proud southerner living in Birmingham, AL.
Not to make waves with my firends across our great country, but there is an old saying:
"American by birth. Southerner by the grace of God!"
RIP Mom- 1932-2012
Successful BST deals with mustangt and jesbroken. Now EVERYTHING is for sale.
I am a Yankee by birth, but lived in Texas, Arizona, Florida for many years....Have a deep appreciation for Southern traditions.... Cheers, RickO

High Notes (1982)
I can certainly agree that the 1861 is undergraded. There is a touch less wear on the breast area in comparison to the 1863.
