It's probably something that takes someone with DBA access to the forum database, and I doubt that CU employs that person, they probably won't pay the company that does to do it either.
Just a guess, I could be way off.

If every missing coin thread is pegged or continually moved to the top, that's all that will ever be there. Why is one missing coin more important than the others?
