Simply ask the buyer to send the MO serial # and check it out online BEFORE you ship.

I predict Alibaba will end up buying ebay. The PP/Ebay split was for a sell off. Most likely already a "done" deal.

The list is stolen money orders, not true counterfeits. The blank money orders are then filled in with authentic looking amounts and cashed. This is not a new problem. If you look at the serial numbers you will see that many full pads are being stolen.
