  I cannot see the full bands at the bottom....not sure why you would consider slabbing the coin though... Cheers, RickO

  Yea, cost would eat me up on it for the grading fees. The lower bands do have a gash running through it.

  I did go to one of my local B&M shops to check out for the infamous 1919. I was thinking off putting this in a slab cause it is in such great condition for a in the wild find. I saw a thread about whether or not anyone has slabbed a coin they found in circulation and I figured this would definitely qualify. Just was curious if it would get the FB but the lower bands are dinged a bit. Kris
