You forgot to mention whether the coin had natural or conserved surfaces, how many times it had been cracked and resubmitted, and whether or not it was stickered.

And yet, it receives so much image

Don't count on an expedient claim. PP just elected a brand new "decision maker" who lost or fired most of her experienced staff, some of them right in the middle of an open case. May be a good idea to just leave ebay to all the scammers and those who enable them and settle elsewhere.

When gold and silver move together, it signals the coming end of fiat money.

T.O., I'm surprised you would post something as asinine as this thread.

    It's neither clever or funny.

If I posted this thread, how would you have responded?

I would have deleted the thread after the first comment.

RickO is correct, this thread offers nothing.....and you say, "And yet, it receives so much."

The question is, so much what?

Now, let's get back to our love of coins! image

I guess if I've passed the threshold where even you think it is a waste (no hostages or car chases, then I have gone too far. image

I posted this thread on the $4 Stella's two hours earlier that fell to the wayside so I was just giving the people what they want - Off topic and/or bad eBay deals that have been the hot topics of late. Even though this is a parody of that, it still out replied the Stella thread by a 2-1 margin.

Edit - some responders got it, but now that I changed the title to a dot, I'm afraid it may go super nova.

Just because a thread such as your Stella topic receives only a few responses is not any indication of the popularity of it.
I read, with keen interest, what you had to state and enjoyed learning more about the Stella than I had previous. Your thread was on point and well presented.
I simply, as I am sure along with many others, didn't have anything to add.

I benefited from reading it and thank you for it.

Some of the best coin related threads go unanswered especially so when no real question is pending.

    So, to the OP.....

Are you posting because you want attention or because you want to share information?

If the latter, then the number of posts may be disappointing, but it shouldn't matter.

If the former, well, "that pretty much sums it up".

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

No I just find it interesting about the different types of people and the posts they respond to.
Some discuss coins, while others not only open and read a "." thread, but reply to it so it gets bumped back up to the top - perhaps just to bring attention to themselves?
