Just finished a few days ago adding these to my toned set... I`m posting just a condensed version with just images of the Obverse of each coin addition

That 1909 is the prettiest I've ever seen

Here's the reverse for those of you playing along at home

    Truly unbelievable, especially the Morgans.

Who gives the names to the Morgans, such as "Lightning Bolt", the current owner or someone in the past?

You own that Sunnywood 1881-S MS68+ ? Very nice.

    Glad you enjoy them Slammer!
Topo that would be the 09`s Rev.... It is one very cool VDB... The 1938 Lincoln right below the 09 is amazing with eye appeal that makes one smile.... But very hard to capture the amazing green mirrors...
More thanks everyone and glad you enjoy...
ronctx some of the Morgans already came with names from previous owners or dealers, some me and my family named, and some were named by members on here when I asked board members to help name some...
Since I have many toned Morgan duplicate dates it`s an efficient and fun way to keep track of which ones are which and when speaking of a certain coin to friends or family it makes life way easier... BTW "The Lightning Bolt" had come to me with it`s name already...

Okay, I impressed! Beautiful coins! What date is the reverse toned Morgan? It looks either PL or DMPL. Which is it? All I can say is wowwwwwww.

Stunning coins as usual! Thanks for the link. I have gotten a good idea of what you collect based on your past posts and have always been amazed at the combination of high grade and nice toning. What I never knew, though, was that there was a single place in which I could view all of your toners! image

A few old friends in your 17 page link of gorgeous toned coins. I see my old friend "The Moose" has found a good home - my all time favorite toned Morgan!

That 1909 Lincoln is indeed lovely. I rather like the Roosie, too.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

    AB,

I find you to be an art collector more than a coin collector. Thank you for sharing the "art" of coin collecting with us mere slab collectors.
