Kaleycook2013 sold me real cheap Cheerios dollar (slightly under $1000), and I quickly disputed after I realized they didn't supply tracking and that the image they used was from a coin shop website of a PCGS MS68. I brought this up to them, and they proceeded to send me two more fake images (one of which was in an NGC holder). They even accidentally sent me an image of a regular Sac dollar which wasn't Cheerios, and quickly blamed it on poor quality (quality was great) and then sent me another image.
They currently have my money on hold in Paypal and are refusing to refund.
Please keep watch of this user as I suspect they will relist this dollar, or other fake coins, shortly. Do not purchase.
They made two auctions in the past day, one of which they closed quickly.

Negotiating a deal out side of ebay for an item that was listed is against ebay policy. If you bought the coin off ebay it should show and you would be making your claim with ebay. When you made the claim with ebay they would have put a hold on the money through PayPal. Also you would have most likely had tracking uploaded had you bought the coin on ebay as most sellers use the ebay shipping for the discounts.

What's not to understand? I messaged them asking for their best price they'll take before auction ends. Paypal's buyer protection is no different than eBay's. Return policy or paypal claim, both the same. I am not concerned, I am giving you all a heads up and warning. That's it.

Yessir. That's the whole point of how I caught them attempting to scam. They then proceeded to send me more fake pictures from other websites. Pathetic.

A shipping label for an eBay item costs the same whether you print it thru eBay or PayPal. If I sell a coin on the BST I can use PP to print the label even if PP had NO PART in the transaction. You get the same discount/price as you would through the USPS site with the exception that PP will let you print labels for first class packages whereas the USPS site limits you to priority mail shipping or higher.
FWIW never agree to an off ebay deal with a seller who has a feedback of only 4, has not done an ebay transaction in the past 6 months and has never sold coins on ebay.
Listing has the red flags, learn them.

If you get shipment and it is not what you purchased, you can change your paypal claim to "item not as described." You can only file a buyer protection claim if your paypal payment reflects a specific purchase and describes item purchased. If you just sent seller money with no description or didn't pay an invoice from seller that identified what was being purchased then you have no proof of purchase. Just sending money to someone does not carry buyer protection - you have to "buy" something to be a buyer.

Here is the gist of what happened...
OP: Hi Kaley, I see you have a 2000-P SAC$1 "Cheerios" Dollar Sacagawea Dollar listed for sale. There is a picture of a coin in a PCGS holder and you list the grade as MS68. From your feedback I know you have bought 4 things on eBay but have never sold anything yet and your listing says shipping is free no refunds all sales are finale no matter what . There are 5 bids on the coin and it's up to $8.50. Let's say you and I forget all this eBay stuff, and I'll pay you $1000 right now if you cancel all those bids and sell me the coin directly.
Kaley: WOWZA - Fer Sure. Send me a PayPal payment.
At that point the OP knew he scored big and sent our friend Kaley a $1,000 via PayPal.
After the excitement wore off, the OP started thinking Hmmm...maybe that wasn't the smartest thing I have ever done. and asks...

Kaley: PayPal says all I need to do is ship it and provide a tracking number. I think that's what I'll do. Thanks.
So when Kaley sends you a package with a circulated Sac she got at her job as a cashier in the Pigly-Wigly and didn't know what it was since she never saw one before, you'll have to try and get your money back.
Since you were clever enough to take out all the chumps who were bidding on the auction and bought it directly from Kaley, you will have to file a claim with PayPal. You can log into your PayPal account and click on the link that explains that process.
If PayPal doesn't take pity on you and denies your claim, and if you paid with a credit card, then you can dispute the charge with them. PayPal normally won't fight it, so you'll probably get a refund in a couple of months if you send the Sac back to Kaley and she doesn't claim all you returned was a circulated Sac.
Good luck - and remember if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't.

Why would you make this whole thing up? I definitely didn't randomly ask for a refund, they failed to provide me tracking. That's when I did a bit more research, and of course, right after the dispute, they asked me to cancel it.

At least my ignorance keeps me from such obvious listing as that one and I never had to make an off ebay deal to scam the other bidders out of the opertunity to own a 15,000.00 coin for 1,000.00 lol

It was enough to cause me to ignore it right away. As you become more experienced with Ebay, you'll get better - or broke. Depending upon the exact terms you agreed to with the eBay seller Kaley, he is simply putting forth a scenario of how this will or could likely play out.
