Are you more of a believer in:
It just wasn't meant to be.
OR
It just wasn't meant to be, ever.

I'm gonna go with the former, especially regarding that O /Mint Half Eagle that smoebody else snared

from the BST yesterday. image

I like to believe when missing out that there's always something better just waiting around the corner to discover image

For me, it seems that I find all the better stuff when I have no disposable income and when I have cash to spend, nothing good is out there!

I, over time, forget that I may have overpaid for a coin. But I can remember every nice coin I let get away.

It either happened or it didn't. There is no great meaning behind it. If I think I should have purchased but didn't reach enough, I try to learn something from that for next time.

What I've learned about coins, is that if you miss out on one, another one will come along.

These days, when I miss a coin that the dealer has previously sold. I thank the dealer for saving me the money and move on. image

I think we talk to much and show the world what we find and then they go looking for it. What's that old saying loose lips sink ships. image it happens it will kill you to think about all the stuff you miss on.

    Hoard the keys.
