solid xf obverse...could be borderline vf reverse there
minor reverse rim issues but should be acceptable for grade
i can't really make much out about the surfaces though
i do hope this does work out for ya though...maybe it's a sweet rare overton too
but yeah
i'm in reserve until better images
did you snag this at a rip or great price point?
My only concern might be a scratch or ding that is hiding somewhere ? Looks more 35 than 40, but some nice luster might tip the scale

In hand, it may not have any rotation and no reverse cracks either (like the one on my site). Milling appears to be similar to my example as well

Could also be dings, but it's a safe bet their not...those are just the right shape and in just the right place.
