Silver Proof Eagles

I am getting confused- I have a partial set of American Silver Proof Eagles 1986-2009. Direct from the Mint with the original velvet box an the COA. I am going to be in the market to purchase the years I am missing. I see ads on ebay that say -Silver Eagle Proof- which I believe are just an eagle proof coin and these are NOT what I am looking for. How can I be sure I am getting the correct coin- I guess the question is what is the proper description?
Thank you

BTW the ones I collect say DCAM on the label of the holder.
Oops most now say MS something as I quit doing the proofs.

Get to know and trust a dealer who can assure you of what you're getting from the outer box, to the felt box, to the certificate of authenticity, and coin. That's the best way. And you won't find a proof from 2009. There was a "BREAK" in the action that year, due to a run on BULLION silver American Eagles.
But the rest of them are not difficult to acquire. I have several if you need, most purchased directly from the mint. (no spam intended), no stupid jokes attached.

Do you really have a 2009 proof ASE?
The problem is that there are a number of coins with an eagle on it and are proof and are silver
You might can narrow it down by adding the year or searching just under "Coins: US"
Since inception, the design has not changed. The design you know is the design to find.
As mentioned, the mint did not make any proof silver eagle coins in 2009. There are many "tribute" coins sold that look like proof 09 and some are even sold with a genuine mint box, but none are real 09 proof coins -- they don't exist.
Good Luck, they are beautiful coins.
