I WILL CANCEL ALL TRANSACTIONS OF ANY BUYER WHO HAS LEFT COMPLAINTS OF NOT GETTING A ITEM MORE THAN ONE TIME IN 1 YEAR, OR WHO HAS LEFT REPEATED BAD FEEDBACKS FOR SELLERS OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACKS DUE TO SHIPPING COSTS OR THE TIME IT TAKES TO ARRIVE AS SELLERS WE DO NOT CONTROL THE POST OFFICE DELIVERY DATES OR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE TO MAIL. I LOOK AT ALL FEEDBACK LEFT AS WELL AS THE FEEDBACK LEFT FOR YOU AND ANY FOLLOW UPS BY THE SELLER TO WEED OUT THEIVES AND COMPETORS WHO OPEN ACCOUNTS ONLY TO SLANDER OTHER SELLERS. AFTER I CANCEL THE TRANSACTION I WILL ADD YOU TO MY BLOCKED LIST., ANYONE NEW TO EBAY WITH LESS THAN 1 YEAR ON EBAY OR LESS THAN 50 FEEDBACKS HAS TO PAY FOR REGISTERED MAIL ON ANY ITEM OVER $10

    does he list non widget type of coins?

    He was selling a mint set only given out to Royal Canadian Mint employees.

    His policy, however I do not see how he can enforce this without his feedback plummeting.

    I have no issue with his policy. I think you should be free to decide how you want to run your business.

    The irony is he is talking about weeding out and blocking problem buyers when in fact any reasonable buyer after reading that diatribe will add him to THEIR blocked seller list, LOL..
