  Not cleaned, bad photos. I'm more concerned about the scratches.

  scratches should kill it's chances of a straight grade now that you note that

  I don't see this one getting a grade because of the scratches on the obverse.

  That's a good one!! But seriously, I see a lot a PMD. But it might grade, give it a try!!

  Scratch on the nose and the hip preclude a straight grade IMO.
