    Probably hopes the buyers don't pay, if they pay him one cent doesn't paypal charge him 30 cents?
    I guess the feedbacks are worth 29 cents to him.

    Maybe he wants to play that new ebay game thing they sent out, you need to sell or buy to play.

    I had someone pay me a cent before and paypal just took it. I wasn't charged any additional amounts

    Yep. Feedback farming.

    Remember in the early days, when you didn't need a transaction to post feedback? People would just randomly bomb one another's feedback.

    Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.
