1784 El Cazador Ring

My wife found a ring in a parking lot. It has the coin, mentioned in the title, mounted in it. It is also engraved in the ring "el cazador 1784". I'm not at home so I can't really dissect it. It looks like a nice ring and has 4 small diamonds circling the coin on top of the ring. She swears it's about a size 20. lol Has anyone seen these before and do you think the coin would be real?

If it is the ring I am thinking it was sold by QVC and is sterling silver.link to ring
The rings were made by the Franklin mint and they had a bracelet also the stones are citrine.

Yea this is the one. Found it at the bradford exchange. It states that it is a "coin-inspired" ring. This tells me that the coin is probably not real correct?

Not a "real" coin, but they claim the silver for the replica was recovered from the wreck

Well at least the ring did fit me and even though it's not a real big deal, it looks pretty cool.

pretty awesome for free, especially if it fits. Originally priced at $200, even as an eyeball find it's got to be worth a few sawbucks and imagine the chances that a collector's wife found it?
