So, would I consider selling my whole collection to buy this coin, ........well maybe. If I were nearing the end of my own life, that might make sense as my heirs would only have to fight over one coin, not 100's. And I would die knowing that I owned one of the most beautiful coins of all time.

Here is one of my 100 year anniversary "commemoratives" from the Pan Pac Exhibition. (Actually I do have a gold Pan Pac Octagonal but by no means a MS 65 on par with the one subject of this thread.)
The first thing he showed me a box where he took out TEN Pan Pac...seven round and three octagonal. I still remember the sound as they thudded on the desk as he laid them out.
