Pan PAC half dollar question please advise

Quick question - I would appreciate some input from some of you guys before shipping package tomorrow
I have a Pan PAC commem in a rattler holder graded ms66 I'm sending it to our host for a grade reconsideration - now when it comes to this issue would I be more beneficial with specifing a plus grade or holding out for a full grade upgrade. In other words would it be better to have this coin in a rattler graded ms66 or in a new holder graded ms66+? Hopefully it gets bumped to a 67 and this question won't matter but I'm curious to get some opinions on how I should fill out the grade reconsideration paperwork
Thanks in advance for all your help

If this was mine I'd try for a solid point upgrade and if it didn't MS67 then just have it CAC'd as a 66 in the old holder when it came time to sell.

Ha Catbert thanks as I couldn't find that pic
Seriously Cacoinguy if I saw your Pan-Pac in a dealers case in a rattler I'd ask to see it...
In a newer edge-view holder I'd glance right past it while looking at other items in the case
<< <i>I think that a rattler 66 CAC at auction would likely get you most of the money of a 67. All of the floor bidders would be going "wow...I think that will upgrade". >>
There's a big price spread between 66 and 67 but I've seen a couple jaw dropping 66's sell for $6-7K.
