Maybe they could put the Marshall's shield (badge) on the obverse and make it round like the baseball coins. That might look kinda cool.

US DOJ must be so excited. They should get Tommy Lee to appear at the next press release, or give a quote or tip of his hat.

I know these guys and gals(?) are tuff enuff but this "motivational" poster just cracks me up. I mean, dang. Using fear tactics in the workplace? Or just a reality check? Either way, a google search reveals not all marshals are as buff as this dude.
